Endless Endurance provides high-quality, personalized physical therapy for athletes and pelvic health clients, with a strong focus on pregnancy and postpartum care.
As a board-certified orthopedic specialist with over 10 years of experience—and an active mom myself—I deliver one-on-one sessions, in-home care that prioritizes results. My mission is to help people feel empowered, confident, and capable in their bodies so they can continue doing what they love through every stage of life. Say goodbye to crowded clinics and hello to a new era of care - we're excited to embark on this journey with you.
Recent injury, or a nagging long term issue - either way, we will start with a full evaluation and make our plan of care from there together to achieve your goals.
We can address neck, back, shoulder, hip, knee, ankle, foot pain and concussions.
Treatment may include manual therapy, exercise, flexibility, balance training, neuromuscular reeducation, plyometrics/sport training, kinesiotape, gait/running training.
Bladder (leakage, urgency)
Pelvic Pain
Pregnancy and Postpartum
Pelvic health is a broad category, if this is an area of concern, let's chat to see how to best help you
Mobility work, static stretching, myofascial decompresison, and soft tissue mobilization options (manual therapy)
If your doctor recommended surgery, I am here to help. I can address your concerns, discuss anticipated recovery, provide prehabilitation services, offer recommendations for your home, and explore conservative treatment options. My goal is to empower you with knowledge and resources to navigate your medical journey with confidence.
If clinically appropriate, telehealth visits may be utilized as follow up sessions and check-ins.
I graduated from Springfield College in 2016 with my Doctorate in Physical Therapy. I began my career at a private practice in Simsbury CT practicing with direct access. In the fall of 2018, I moved to southern CT and continued practicing at a larger hospital based clinic. My intense interest in orthopedics drove me to become a Board Certified Orthopedic Specialist in 2022. My passion centers around orthopedics, pelvic health and athletics. As a new mom myself, I urge you to invest in yourself to enjoy your pregnancy and postpartum time to the fullest!
I maintain an active lifestyle regularly training and competing in athletic events. There is nothing more rewarding than training for an event and crossing that finish line. Injuries can slow people down and discourage them, however I believe movement is medicine and I love helping people remain active. Every person is different and you deserve unique care, which I can guarantee and provide.
Areas of additional training: Mulligan Concept Manual Therapy Upper and Lower Quadrant, Maitland Therapy Essential Peripheral Joints, McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT) of the Lumbar Spine, Blood Flow Restriction through Owen's Recovery Science, Kinestiotape, Myofascial Decompression Therapy Level 1 and 2, Herman and Wallace Pelvic Function Level 1

Endless Endurance is out of network, which allows visits to be one-on-one and individualized rather than rushed clinic sessions. We can provide all clients with a superbill - an itemized receipt of services, to submit to their insurance company for potential reimbursement for out of network benefits. Most find the personalized care helps them recover faster and avoid months of ongoing issues.
I can provide you with a superbill form which you can submit to your insurance company. I would recommend calling your insurance before your appointment to ask about out-of-network benefits and confirm what you will need to do.
I will bring my treatment table, assessment tools and necessary equipment to your home. So you don't lose time commuting, have to worry about childcare/pet care, and it can fit easier into your schedule, in the comfort of your own home!
No! You do not need to go to your primary care provider to receive a referral and wait weeks to get in to a busy clinic. You can jump right in with an evaluation and receive great one-on-one care because we have direct access in CT. If you are not improving as expected or if I have additional concerns, I will refer you back to see your doctor.
We accept HSA, FSA cards, credit cards, cash or check. As a small business, we greatly appreciate cash or check as our preferred form of payment to save on processing fees. Please make checks out to Endless Endurance Physical Therapy LLC.
This depends on your evaluation findings, and what your goals are. This will be decided on our first meeting and is different for every person.
After you complete your intake form, I may have clarifying questions, so plan for a conversation first about you, your interests, and your goals.
Then a full physical exam (vitals, range of motion, strength, flexibility, balance and potentially running/jumping assessment depending on your needs). After the physical portion we will start with appropriate treatment, discuss game plan for you to continue incorporating independently and plan out when would be best to meet again.
Please wear comfortable/loose fitting clothes to ensure the most accurate physical exam.
